We’re Drake and Kristin, the husband-and-wife team behind Dark:30 Hunting Supply.

Drake grew up coon hunting from the time he was old enough to follow a hound through the woods. For him, it wasn’t just a hobby—it was a way of life passed down through generations. I grew up deer hunting with my Dad, but after Drake introduced me to coon hunting, I quickly fell in love with the dogs, the tradition, and everything that makes the sport so special.

When it came time to name our business, we wanted something unique that still honored our roots. Growing up, Drake often heard hunters say they’d meet at “dark:30” before turning the dogs loose for the night. I heard the same phrase from my dad, who’d say he’d meet me around “dark:30” after an evening deer hunting. Different hunts, different traditions—but the same feeling.

That story became our name.
